How we work, step by step

Quality does not depend on the camera alone: it depends on method. We work every property in five clear phases.

1. Preparation and home staging

Before filming, we prepare the home so it conveys spaciousness, calm and lifestyle. We coordinate home staging when the property calls for it and define which spaces tell the story and in what order.

2. Visual direction

Before we shoot, we define what should be felt: spaciousness, privacy, light, architecture, connection with the surroundings or lifestyle. The camera executes an intention, it doesn't improvise. This direction is what separates an editorial piece from a portal video.

3. Shooting: photo, video and drone

In a single day we capture premium photography, cinematic video, vertical pieces and, when the property warrants it, drone shots. Everything is filmed with all the real uses the material will have in mind.

4. Premium editing

Post-production is where the material becomes brand: colour, pace, music, typography and editing at the level of a luxury campaign, not just any real estate advert.

5. Delivery and distribution

How long does delivery take?

After the shoot, the premium edit of a property is usually delivered within a few working days, depending on the workload and the scope (number of pieces, drone or microsite). We set a specific date when confirming the project so you can plan the launch.

Does it include drone shots?

Yes, when the property calls for it. The drone is included where it adds real context —views, plot, privacy or relationship with the surroundings— and it can also be contracted as a standalone session from €225 (editing and travel included).

Do you make vertical reels for social media?

Yes. Each property in a plan receives between 3 and 5 vertical reels designed for Instagram, TikTok and campaigns, in addition to the main 60–90 second piece. We film with the vertical format in mind from the start, rather than cropping the horizontal one.

Do you work with new builds or developments?
